We offer the best price direct

When you book direct with The Suffolk Cottage Collection, you’re getting the best possible price - no hidden fees, no inflated commissions. We always go the extra mile with a smile!

Always here to help you

No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.

Handpicked with heart

We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.

Fressingfield

Fressingfield is a charming village surrounded by rolling farmland, rural views and open countryside. Within two minutes walk from the front door you have a welcoming country pub, a renowned fine dining restaurant and village shop.

The historic market town of Harleston is just a short drive away, with independent shops, cafés and traditional pubs to discover. Venture further afield to explore the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast, where the seaside towns of Southwold (only 25 minutes by car) and Aldeburgh offer beaches, boutique shops, galleries and excellent places to eat. Alternatively, head inland to the historic town of Framlingham, home to its impressive medieval castle and picturesque market square.

Fressingfield offers the perfect base from which to explore Suffolk, near and further afield.
