A good sized, family kitchen with contemporary cabinets and plenty of storage filled with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There's a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob and oven. Breakfast table and three chairs for informal dining.

Such a welcoming, warm living area filled with art and books. A large corner sofa facing the TV, a separate chair and wooden dining table and benches with space for everyone.
There are patio doors opening on to the balcony with small table and chairs and views down the road to the sea.
