dog out on walk in Suffolk countryside

Lowestoft parkrun
Dogs on leads are welcome along this flat, seaside promenade course. Plenty of space and fresh coastal air make it ideal for pets and runners alike.

Sizewell parkrun
A sandy and rugged trail along the beach where dogs can join their owners. Note that tides and weather can affect footing, so take care.

Rendlesham Forest parkrun
This woodland course allows dogs on leads, offering a mix of forest paths and gentle inclines. Perfect for dogs who enjoy exploring nature.

Framlingham parkrun
A scenic countryside route with grassy tracks and castle views. Dogs are welcome but must stay on leads throughout.

Kesgrave parkrun
Held on parkland trails, this friendly Ipswich event is dog-friendly and popular with walkers and runners with pets.

Walberswick parkrun
A coastal run through dunes and marshland. Dogs are allowed on leads, making it a great choice for a combined exercise adventure.

Visitor tip: Always bring water for your dog, ensure they are comfortable with other dogs and runners, and check each parkrun’s page before heading out. Some events may have temporary restrictions or require dogs to be kept away from volunteers’ areas.
