Outside

The meadow gives a picturesque backdrop and changes throughout the year – arrive in the late spring and it is likely to be awash with buttercups and in the winter visited by moorhens and other wildlife.
There is plenty of parking for two cars on the gravel driveway.

Why book with us?
When you book with The Suffolk Cottage Collection, you're getting the best possible price- no hidden fees, no inflated commissions. And if you speak to us, chances are you'll chat with Donna, who turns bookings into a breeze and always goes the extra mile with a smile. "Donna was fantastic with communication. Nothing was ever too much trouble."We are local
We're not just in Suffolk - we're part of it. Our little farmhouse HQ looks out over rolling fields and winding lanes, and when we pop out for a walk, it's usually through the same villages and footpaths you'll be exploring on your holiday. We're properly local - and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Always here to help you
No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.
Handpicked with heart
We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.
Badingham
Located on the outskirts of the village of Badingham in a rural location. You can walk to the local White Horse pub in around 25 minutes, but the road is the A1120 and can be quite busy at certain times of they day.The village of Peasenhall is in the other direction and this quaint little village offers a shop and Post Office.
The village of Dennington is only 5 minutes by car and offers an outstanding traditional Suffolk pub with fabulous food and atmosphere.
A little further is Framlingham (7-10 minutes by car) and here you have a super market, two service stations, 4 great pubs and lots of interesting and independent shops to browse around. Oh.. and did we mention Framlingham's Castle on The Hill?! A MUST SEE when you're visiting the area.
The Suffolk Heritage Coast is only 30 minutes away by car and with a mixed variety of coastal towns and villages, you'll wish you were staying longer, with so much to do and see.
You will need a car to get around. Or if you're organised and book a real 'Staycation' and a supermarket delivery, you could get a train to Wickham Market or Darsham and a short 15-20 minute taxi ride to The Worksop.
Definitely bring your bikes if you have them. There are miles of Suffolk lanes to enjoy.
You may experience intermittent traffic noise from the A road close-by.
