Why book with us?

When you book with The Suffolk Cottage Collection, you're getting the best possible price- no hidden fees, no inflated commissions. And if you speak to us, chances are you'll chat with Donna, who turns bookings into a breeze and always goes the extra mile with a smile. "Donna was fantastic with communication. Nothing was ever too much trouble."

We are local

We're not just in Suffolk - we're part of it. Our little farmhouse HQ looks out over rolling fields and winding lanes, and when we pop out for a walk, it's usually through the same villages and footpaths you'll be exploring on your holiday. We're properly local - and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Always here to help you

No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.

Handpicked with heart

We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.

Peasenhall

The Suffolk coast is only a 20 minute drive away, and the nearest village of Peasenhall has a charming village shop, delicatessen and tea room. Local pubs of the Badingham White Horse or Dennington Queen offer delicious meals and drinks.

If you wish to explore the history of Suffolk, head a little further from the property to find Framlingham, where an impressive castle boasts walks in the grounds and fantastic picnic spots; or for a taste of the sea air, the town of Aldeburgh is only a short distance away, sporting many eateries, small shops and of course a fantastic pebbled beach.

Fall in love with the countryside of Suffolk with a stay at The Cottage.
