Always here to help you

No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.

Handpicked with heart

We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.

Westleton

Stelps Cottage is located on a quiet lane just outside the village of Westleton. It is a 10 minute walk into the village, along the quiet lane.

The village has two fantastic pubs which both offer great food. There is a village green with football goal and a duck pond.

The village shop has a tea room next door.

Minsmere RSPB is just down the road, as is Dunwich and all the other fabulous towns and villages on Suffolks Heritage Coast.
