Why book with us?

When you book with The Suffolk Cottage Collection, you're getting the best possible price- no hidden fees, no inflated commissions. And if you speak to us, chances are you'll chat with Donna, who turns bookings into a breeze and always goes the extra mile with a smile. "Donna was fantastic with communication. Nothing was ever too much trouble."

We are local

We're not just in Suffolk - we're part of it. Our little farmhouse HQ looks out over rolling fields and winding lanes, and when we pop out for a walk, it's usually through the same villages and footpaths you'll be exploring on your holiday. We're properly local - and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Always here to help you

No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.

Handpicked with heart

We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.

Aldeburgh

Spring House is a quick drive to the picturesque and very popular town of Aldeburgh. The private lane leading to Spring House is opposite Aldeburgh Golf Club.

A charming seaside town known for its rich cultural history, including the annual Aldeburgh Music Festival founded by composer Benjamin Britten.

Guests can explore its pebbled beach, enjoy fresh seafood (particularly the famous Aldeburgh fish and chips), and browse unique shops along the High Street.

Don’t miss the Scallop sculpture on the beach, a tribute to Britten's work.

Guest Reviews

Fantastic property in a beautiful location. Very peaceful yet only 30 min walk into Aldeburgh. The house has everything you need. Will definitely be back to stay again.
The most beautiful of places. Everything was pristine and of excellent quality. Genuinely special place, we’ll be back every year I think - Our very own retreat. Only downside was that we didn’t book for longer.
A wonderful week in a wonderful property. Donna was a fantastic and responsive host. Property is lovely and grounds beautiful. Hopefully we can come back one day!
The most beautiful stay. Donna was super lovely and the house is incredible. Couldn’t fault it. Peaceful, calm, beautiful and just a few minutes drive to the main high st & seafront. Location didn’t matter to us as much as we’d thought because we simply didn’t want to leave.
The most perfect stay for a weekend away with friends! The house and gardens are stunning, and only 5 minutes to the beach! Donna was extremely responsive and helpful, couldn’t fault a thing!
