Outside

Peak Hill Cottage is a detached cottage with the garden at the front and around to the side. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with a variety of fruit trees and shrubs dotted around. Wildlife is in abundance with visiting rabbits, deer, hedgerow birds and bumble bees, especially during warmer seasons.

The hedging around the garden is thick but may not be dog proof, so we recommend that you do not leave dogs unattended.

There are large gates at the entrance to the drive from the road.

The drive is large enough for up to three cars.

Parking

Peak Hill Cottage has a large gravel drive for parking up to three cars.

Always here to help you

No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.

Handpicked with heart

We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.

Theberton

Peak Hill Cottage is located off a quiet road between Theberton and Kelsale. It's a 10 minute drive to the coastal town of Aldeburgh, a 25 minute drive to Dunwich and 35 minutes to Southwold.

Framlingham with it's historical castle is only 30 minutes away and an hour in the car to Pleasurewood Hills in Lowestoft.

Saxmundham is 15 minutes drive and has lots of shops and pubs to visit as well as two supermarkets.
