Why book with us?

When you book with The Suffolk Cottage Collection, you're getting the best possible price- no hidden fees, no inflated commissions. And if you speak to us, chances are you'll chat with Donna, who turns bookings into a breeze and always goes the extra mile with a smile. "Donna was fantastic with communication. Nothing was ever too much trouble."

We are local

We're not just in Suffolk - we're part of it. Our little farmhouse HQ looks out over rolling fields and winding lanes, and when we pop out for a walk, it's usually through the same villages and footpaths you'll be exploring on your holiday. We're properly local - and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Always here to help you

No robots. No "please press 1." Just real people who pick up the phone and actually want to talk to you. Got a question? Want a recommendation? Need to know which pub does the best Sunday roast? We're here. And if we don't already know the answer, someone in the village probably does.

Handpicked with heart

We don't do bland. Every one of our cottages is chosen because it has something special - the kind of place we'd book ourselves (or proudly recommend to Mum). If it's in our collection, it's passed the The Suffolk Cottage Collection Standard: charm, comfort, and a sense of place you can feel the moment you step through the door.

Guest Reviews

Lovely well appointed property. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and well decorated. Ceiling light in sitting room needs replacement bulbs and pillows in my room were lumpy and could do with replacing, but these may not have been reported before. On a quiet road close to the seafront. A lovely house for a family stay.
We had an absolutely amazing week at Lighthouse View. The property has everything and more and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting round the table in the kitchen, cooking, laughing and playing games. Newly renovated - we felt special to be able to be one of the first to stay in this amazing holiday home. My mother felt like "the queen" in the master bedroom - its a bed you can completely disappear in!
I stayed in the lighthouse view house with other family members for our annual Southwold holiday. The house has been newly renovated and has been done to a really high spec especially the downstairs kitchen. It’s a perfect space for gatherings and the bi-folding doors to the garden make it much more airy and spacious. The rest of the house is a good size for a large group with 4 double / twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a downstairs toilet. Overall it’s a great house for a large group and perfectly located for the Southwold area.
Gosh what a beautiful home. Not only was it incredibly family friendly, the house had everything you needed for a weekend away and more. We had such a great time and can’t wait to book again!
