Cannon Corner is a family friendly holiday home with three well proportioned bedrooms over three floors, sleeping up to six guests. Located in the heart of Aldeburgh with off-road parking for three cars and only a minutes walk to the beach.

The Space
Entrance
Having parked your cars on the driveway, enter Cannon Corner through the front door into the entrance hall.
Dining
Onwards from the entrance hall you have the dining table which seats six guests on four chairs and a long bench, comfortably.
Living Room
To the left of the entrance hall is the living room offering a huge, soft corner sofa with scatter cushions. This is a very light room with wide windows on two sides which have wooden blinds for privacy.
There's a smart TV for all the family to use and a shelving unit full of books and games.
Kitchen
Beside the dining table is a door to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen units house all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that guests will need for their self catering holiday in Aldeburgh. Kitchen appliances include an electric oven with gas hob and extractor fan over, an under-counter fridge with ice box, a full size dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and toaster.
Ground Floor WC
There is a door from the entrance hall into the useful ground floor WC.
First Floor
Carpeted stairs with bannister rise from the entrance hall to the first floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and the shower room.
Bedroom One
A dual aspect bedroom with a king sized bed, wardrobe and side tables.
Bedroom Two
A bright, dual aspect bedroom with a glimpse of the sea over the Brudenell terrace. The super-king bed is placed centrally between bedside tables and there is a large double wardrobe for storage.
Shower Room
Situated between the two bedrooms on the first floor, the shower room offers a large walk-in shower, wash basin with vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail and frosted window.
Third Floor
Winding wooden stairs rise to the top floor twin bedroom which is home to two standard size, single beds and a separate WC.
A fantastic room for older children or adults. We recommend that children the age of eight using this room are supervised by an adult as the staircase could be described as steep. There is a handrail.

The key is in a key-safe, the code for which will be sent to you during the week prior to your arrival.
Check-out is 10am on your departure day.
Cannon Corner is a pet friendly property but we ask that dogs remain on the ground floor and do not jump on the furniture.
Stairs to the top floor - the stairs to the top floor are wooden and winding. They have a hand rail and we ask that guests take care on them please.
